Midway Square (Phase I)

The first of the two phase community was started in 2004 and completed in 2005. This phase features 115 one-story and two-story homes ranging from 1800 sq. ft. to over 3500 sq. ft. These homes have a traditional brick facing with numerous floor plans. Phase I is now completed. If you are interested in buying a home from KB Home, it will be located in Phase II. All homes in this community were built by the award winning KB Home.

In the last two years homes in this community have appreciated by as much as 30%.
